

K's started off very brightly in this Warwickshire cup match against higher league opposition.
K's were 3 up after 5 minutes through a penalty converted by Conor Martin. K's were in total command of territory & possession playing their new game plan which was paying dividends until a raucous flared up which resulted in a baffling decision by the linesman to send Neil Hanna for an early shower.
This changed the game completely & a knock in confidence was evident in the Keresley boys. A well worked try & a penalty put OLs in at the break with a 10- 3 lead & looking to all as if the 2nd half would be all them.
A good second half reality check saw K's come out a little stronger in the 2nd half getting an early penalty. OL's continued to knock on the door but K's stood firm & started to get some momentum of their own which resulted in a try for player coach Ant Collins . After a series of pick & drive's Collins finally found the gap they were looking for a forced his way over, Converted by Conor Martin.
K's were dominant until the final whistle earning a particular hard earned victory.
